How do I scan my New World Clubcard?
Simply place the barcode on the back of your Clubcard under the scanner and listen for the beep, or you can swipe your Clubcard on the EFTPOS Terminal.
You can also use your digital Clubcard by holding your mobile under the scanner and waiting for the beep.
How do I register my Clubcard online?
It’s easy. Just log in here by entering either your Clubcard number or email address and providing some basic information like name and contact details. You’ll also need to set up a password and security questions to complete your online registration.
Why can’t I register my Clubcard online?
If you’ve received your Clubcard in the mail and would like to register it online to be able to easily manage your account, you’ll first need to activate it simply by scanning it when you next shop at New World. Once activated in-store, register it here.
Does my New World Clubcard need a PIN?
You’ll need to set a PIN on your Clubcard if you want to convert any Fly Buys points into New World Dollars during special redemption periods throughout the year.
You can do this in the ‘Activity/New World Dollar’ section when you log in, or contact the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70. Remember to keep your PIN safe.
If you don’t set up a PIN on your Clubcard, New World reserves the right to ask for photo ID when you redeem your New World Dollars at point of purchase.
How can I keep my Clubcard online account secure?
Make sure you choose a strong password that’s not easy to guess (e.g. not your birthday or children’s names). Use 8 or more characters with upper and lower case characters, numbers and symbols in a random order. Ensure you change it regularly, and be careful not to share your password with anyone or write it down.
Make sure your security questions are strong too and the answer can’t be found on your Facebook page.
Can I collect both Fly Buys points and Airpoints Dollars at the same time?
When joining New World Clubcard, you decide to collect either Fly Buys points or earn Airpoints Dollars. If you’ve already received your Clubcard in the mail, it will be linked to your existing Fly Buys or Airpoints account. You can change your preferred rewards programme from Airpoints to Fly Buys (and vice versa) at any time on the 'Your rewards' page when you log in or by calling the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70. When you change your preferred currency, you cannot transfer any points from one rewards programme to the other.
Can I switch from collecting Fly Buys points to earning Airpoints Dollars (and vice versa) on my New World Clubcard?
Yes you can. If you’d like to switch, it’s quick and easy here at the “Your rewards” page. Alternatively, contact the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70. We’ll send you a new Clubcard that will be linked to your new preferred rewards programme and you can then use this card to start collecting Fly Buys points or Airpoints Dollars. If we have your email address, we’ll also send you an email letting you know the change is complete. When you change your preferred currency, you cannot transfer any points from one rewards programme to the other.
Can I link multiple New World Clubcards to a single Fly Buys or Airpoints account?
Yes. If you’re a Fly Buys customer who received a Clubcard in the mail prior to the official programme launch or provided your existing Fly Buys card number during sign-up, your Clubcard will already be linked to your existing Fly Buys account. If neither is the case and you want your Clubcard linked to an existing Fly Buys account, contact Fly Buys on 0800 359 2897.

My Clubcard online account has been locked, how can I unlock it?
We lock a registered Clubcard account if we believe there’s a security risk (e.g. someone has entered the wrong password too many times). You’ll need to contact the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70 to have it unlocked.
