The offers are personalised based on what you like to buy. So you’ll only receive the offers that are relevant to you based on your purchasing habits, rather than all offers currently available.
How do I sign up to Clubcard emails?
Simply fill out the sign-up form at the checkout or the information desk in-store, call the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70 or sign up here .
I don’t have an email address. How do I get the offers?
The email offers are an exclusive benefit of being signed up to Clubcard emails. You’ll need to get an email address and sign up to our emails to receive relevant offers. Sign up here.
Is there any other way that I can view these offers?
Currently you can only view your offers within your weekly Clubcard email.
What do I need to do to get this offer?
Simply scan to redeem – offers are pre-loaded onto your Clubcard, so all you need to do is purchase the featured product and scan your Clubcard at the checkout.
Why isn’t the shelf price the same price as the offer in the email I received?
If you’re a Clubcard member who’s signed up to receive Clubcard emails, you get an extra benefit: offers just for you that are based on what we know you like to buy. These offers will only be communicated within the Clubcard weekly email and won’t be advertised anywhere in-store.
How will I know that the price I pay is the correct price?
Check your receipt to see that what you’ve paid matches the offer.
Why did I only receive a discount on some of the items purchased?
There may have been a limit on the number of times you can redeem this special offer. Refer to the terms and conditions of the offer in your email.
If I receive the offer, can I share this with a family member and can they get the deal while doing the shopping?
No, the offers are personalised to you and only available when your Clubcard is scanned. It’s likely your family member will also receive relevant offers if they’re signed up to receive emails and purchase similar products.
